When is it?
July 14 - July 20

Who can come?
This trip is geared towards Middle School students, but High School students are welcome.
(If they don't mind being surrounded by Middle School kids!)

How much does it cost?
$100.00 per student (Early Bird)
$120.00 (Standard)
$140.00 (Late)
This amount includes-
All travel expenses (15 passenger vans)
All lodging expenses (We will be either staying at
Haxtun Berean Church
137 W Bryan St, Haxtun, CO 80731
or in host homes)
Meals while we are there

What forms do I need?
The NEW Ascent Health form / waiver.

What will we be doing in Haxtun?
Haxtun is a farming community. Students will have an opportunity to serve this community through several work projects including, bailing hay, painting, roofing barns, doing fence repairs, and so on. Students will also be able to experience a lifestyle that is quite different from their own! They will be working hard, but also having a great time!

Will we be having any free time?
Yes!
Every year we do something different,
such as crazy volleyball tournaments in the mud,
or a huge concert and BBQ bash.

What do I need to pack?
Sleeping bags, work clothes and shoes, toiletries, Bible, flashlight, sunscreen, mosquito spray, and so on. A complete packing list will be available.

What should I leave at home?
All non-Christian music (this will be checked at the door!), lighters, drugs, sharp objects, bacon, birds of prey
